I have never written a review before but after today I feel like I needed to. They called me in the morning to tell me they needed me to come in a speak with the doctor about my labs that day. My appointment was for 3:30 I was there at 3:08 waiting outside their doors to check in at the covid station. After checking at the main desk, I proceeded to wait at 4:10 I went up to the front desk and asked how much longer, the front desk came back with the message that I was 20 mins late and needed to reschedule. They cured my low Iron level in one visit, something no other Healthcare Facility could due here in Utah in more than 10 years... Plus, they have in house Ex Ray machines.
They are always there for me when I need services
My daughter loves coming here! The staff are all friendly and very helpful. My daughter was able to see a Dr the same day we came in without an appointment after another clinic in the neighborhood told us she couldn't be seen until December!! They provided letters to the school and even filled a prescription on site. We not only will be coming back for future healthcare needs but also recommending our friends and family come as well. receptionist and such good people but when it comes to making an appointment you have to wait forever to get one was actually told to go to the ER instead went twice they told me to go to my primary care and I still couldn't get in also have the pharmacy give me the wrong medication labeled wrong way I appreciate all they have done but I will be finding a new primary care doctor elsewhere
Thank you for not helping and obviously not truly caring about you patients personal lives. Because you are unwilling to work with your patients that had given you plenty of notice of a family emergency and trying to give you time to coordinate, I missed the viewing of my grandfather that had passed...
