Initial contact was quick and helpful. But when I asked more more detailed info about the car concerning the title and a carfax report I was ignored completely.

I had recently purchased a car from Sacramento Luxury Motors. The 2007 E-350 turned out to be as-advertised. The photos of the car on Car Gurus and the dealership's web-site were accurate. The owner (John) was upfront with me throughout the transaction. A very positive experience. I'd purchase there again. I'd use CarGurus again as well. Do your homework on a car of interest / think about pricing (what you are willing to pay) before you make an offer on a car. It does not matter how much profit a dealership makes. sales guy was not polite. I was told that car is in very good condition but it was not like that. Even was not washed out. Stains and dirty
