Worst experience ever (wanted to give 0 stars which was not possible). Management of this place is absolutely outrageous. We were screamed and yelled at and my wife felt really unsafe. We were given wrong information prior to coming and when confronted with the fact that the car did not live up to the standards they had promised, it got really aggressive. Everything they sell is either salvaged title or been in at least 1 accident.
Initially they did not seem interested in me. But once I talked to the salesman everything worked out. John, Sush, Jasmine, and Javier were top notch. Very helpful.
Sales rep was good. Management has poor rapport skills. One asked me to but down a deposit to test drive the car.. offensive much?

The dealer called me back and said he would check if this vehicle was still available. He never followed up after that.
Slow to respond. When I asked for data on the vehicle history they never got back to me
Excellent customer service just found exactly what i was looking for elsewhere. I would check them out again if im in the market for luxury vehicle. They sell quickly so choose quickly.
