Always love taking my dogs here. Had an annul exam for my 16 month old Spring Spaniel. The vet could tell she was nervous and staying close to me. She offered to take her in the back and do her exam since she would open up not being around me. She came back said she was perfect and that they offered her different treats to make her calm down. I also like that they take them in the back to give them there shots.
A friend of mine recommended me here about a year or two ago. I am so glad she did! The service and care of the staff is amazing and I never feel pressured to do unnecessary testing, or services. I loved how Dr. True got down on the floor with my dog at our visit. She just made the whole visit that much greater!
I absolutely loved this Animal Hospital until I unfortunately had to deal with the receptionist Claire. Not only is she extremely condescending, she would not help me seek out a simple answer (in a timely fashion) as it relates to my dog's allergies. As cliche as it sounds, customer services really makes or breaks a business. It's unfortunate to have to switch vets because Dr. Kahn was fabulous, but the (lack of) customer service I received is appalling.
This is the best animal hospital I have ever been to bar none will be taking my cat 🐱 here from now on thanks again to everyone Richard and Rocky
