They know nothing about a dogs health! How asinine of them to post what they did on the Labrador Retriever from Westminster.
One would think that a Veterinarian would at least know the difference between a fat dog and a dog who fits the description of their breed standard. Sad that a trained professional would make claims as to the healthy weight of an animal or person simply by viewpoint of a television screen. Sadder still that instead of reaching out and apologizing to the owner, whose dog was specifically called out by name in this Veterinary practice’s tasteless childish post, they simply remove the post and pretend it didn’t happen. For a clinic that makes a dogs health #1 priority, it's pretty sad to see them turn around and slander a perfectly healthy dog. Hypocritical much?

I live in Northern Nevada. I use to live in the Sacramento area. I still drive over to see Dr Erin True when I need additional treatment or a Second opinion. She is also who I trust to do my OFA X-rays. Thank you Dr True for your kindness and expert advice.
Our Chloé had her dental cleaning done here & Dr Mulvihill was superb. she called at least 3 times to keep us updated on Chloé with a thorough consult at the end of the day. Friendly staff in person & on the phone. Everyone has been patient, kind & welcoming.
Always kind and compassionate they never make me feel like a crazy cat lady. Fit me into their schedule when an emergency need occurs and always have time to listen to my concerns. Have recommended them to family and friends. They are wonderful people.
Sacramento Animal Hospital is an excellent place to receive care for your pets. Their staff is friendly, caring and helpful. The veterinarians are knowledgeable, clearly want the best for animals and work with you to figure out a plan of treatment.
We’ve been taking our dogs and cats to Sacramento Animal Hospital since 2003. The Doctors and staff are professional, friendly and caring. I highly recommend this practice. They have taken excellent care of our furry family members!
