I felt like they understand my problem! Did X-rays found had bulging disc. When I got on Disabillity,call them when Insurance change to Medicaid! They said not take Medicaid or Medicare! Looks like a business this size take Medicaid!

Your staff was rude callous & very unprofessional. They booted me out of their waiting room in 110° Texas summer heat because of so-called space issues. I’m wearing a mask like everyone else and like many of your other patients I’m here driving a family member bc guess what genius they can’t drive themselves to their appt!!! Was not a good experience. Do not recommend. “Dilating drops make it hard for your eyes to focus on things close to you. You probably won't be able to read, use the computer, or do other tasks that require near vision after your appointment, unless you wear bifocals or use reading glasses.Mar 20, 2019” The tech dilated my parents eyes and then did a prescription “1 or 2?” process. RecommendedSabates was wonderful I can see so much better and still improving.
They sent my husband home with covid and completely ignored the fact that he was dying.. he was admitted to las palmas and ended up in icu for 12 days and almost died. They don’t care. This is a direct quote when I called them “if you don’t like us there are other hospitals” no acknowledgement of their mistake ..no compassion.. nothing. Criminal behavior at best.
