On time appointments meaning they are ready for you at the scheduled time or before. The time in which they give new patients time to complete paper work and the great feeling that they have you walking away with. I went in kind of fearful of the unknown. The nurse that took me back was nothing but sweet, kind & respectful. The minute I meet Dr. Lyons I lost any fears I may have had. Not just a good Doctor funny and could laugh along with me. I am so glad that I was sent to Dr. Lyons.
