Preferred Dental Care is an excellent and clean place. I have and will always recommend this office. However the costumer care personals that does the scheduling behave like true sales people doing whatever it takes to lure you in. About 1 month ago, they called me to schedule an appointment for my wife and I. Love this office! Best dental care i've ever had. The staff are friendly and well trained and there is little to no wait time. Also it was painfree!
On Tuesday, May 31st, I had an appointment for cleaning. I did not have a long wait, I was seen shortly after I arrived. Of course I was a bit nervous because I had to do scaling, however, the experience was not as bad as I thought, and everything was done in a professional manner.
I love the presonel care and time that is given as well as the excelllant service is given.
It was a very painless procedure. Dr. Lee was very quick and efficient!
I read on the internet they were nice and professional. I went to see for myself because I have seen a lot of dentist and they were mean and did not do a good job. I went there and they were very nice. They were concerned about my teeth. Dr. Lee knew exactly where to give me the Novocaine so it would not hurt so much. I am looking forward to my next appointment.
Great Cleaning was a little nervous at first but would love him to clean my teeth in the future Thank You
The place is a great and people are very nice and friendly. There are very accomodating and understanding when it comes to finances.
The wait time was very reasonable. I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. I liked the cleanliness of the facilities. The staff was very helpful.
