I appreciate and respect the service and care that i receive from all the staff at preferred dental. I strongly recommend them. I have never had a problem with them. As long as i live in nyc they will be where i go to take care of my teeth.
My experiences at PDC are always great. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The dental hygienists and dentists are excellent and I always come out of the office loving the way my teeth look. I deducted half a star only because there can be a wait which can be quite significant sometimes. Besides a long wait, I love this office!
It was my first time to visit your Clinic and I was impress from the front office to the rest of the staff.
I visited two and consulted two more dentist, no one could DIOGNOSE th cause of pain. Shilpa Trivedi was able to find the problem and he staff cure it in one sitting. No pain during or after treatment. My wife has similar Experince for ROOT CANAL also. Thank you, Bansi Shah
Over time my teeth have really decayed. I've had to have some recent work done (finally!) and Dr. Hassan made me feel so comfortable. I am usually such a baby when it comes to the dentist but after getting work done by Dr. Hassan, I will never again be a baby about it. Her hands are like gold and she makes you feel so comfortable before she starts the work so that you do not feel any pain. Not to mention the completion of the work is awesome. Satisfying visit got out in a timely manner
The staff is great there and my doctors were very caring and empathetic. The only reason for the four stars decrease is that I HATE talking to a finance person before talking to a dentist.
I had my first visit with my son and he was a complete wreck. He cried the whole time and the staff was vey friendly and understanding. They occupied him with little activites while I had my cleaning and I was very grateful. Unfortunately my son was too horrified to be seen by the dentist. But she did take a scope of his mouth and assrued me that his teeth were in good health. In all the staff was very friendly and informative. I will definitely go back for all my dental visits!
The best dentist here with professional, friendly staff always with a smile. The cleaning was done nicely and tooth extraction with no pain. just fantastic experience and I would recommend everyone to here.
