A free van service for patients should be made available to facilitate appointments for patients that are experiencing hardships and especially for the elderly and people with disabilities. This would decrease missed dental appointments and increase patient volume.
Wait time never very long, everyone is always kind and helpful and I appreciate the fact that you work with me financially so that I am able and comfortable to get the work I need done without fear of not being to afford it.
Went in with a chipped tooth. Dentist immediately realized I needed a cap and provided the work right on the spot. Couldn't be happier.
The staff is great! From front desk staff to MDs, their willingness to make patients comfortable is unique. They even park your car for you. Their hours are very convenient and the clinic is clean. The reason for the 4 star rating as opposed to a 5 star rating is that the consultation rooms are open. Yes, no doors, no curtains... I hope this review changes that.
Honestly I might never go anyplace else but to preferred dental ever again. They did everything I needed when I needed it..
