Simply Great!!!
Everyone is so super nice! They are so gentle when doing work, and even more gentle when giving the needle for more serious dental work. Dentist visits are dreadful, but the staff is so great at making sure it is a friendly and welcoming environment. Most of all, they are excellent at making sure we are comfortable when they have to do the gritty work on our teeth!
As usual everyone was polite and friendly!! I had a nice cup of tea and I did not have a long wait!! The office was decorated nicely!
Preferred Dental provides a professional and friendly environment. I am always seen in a timely manner and receive A1 service. Dr. Lee and the dental staff are to be commended for their proficiency and cordiality.

I only had to wait an additional 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I was in and out within the hour - x-rays, cleaning, and check-up. Lin, the hygienist, is really gentle and doesn't get water all over the place.
Painless & courteous
I have 3 boys and they made their experience stress free and enjoyable. I do not have to drag them screaming to the dentist.
The doctor was very nice and gental hardly felt the injections
