Loved my visit. I was terrified and you guys made me feel at home. Everyone tried to make sure that my visit was nice. Love this place.
THEY HAD ME WAITING TO KNOW MY RESULTS YET THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY. IT WAS A GOOD AND BAD EXPERIENCE AT THE SAME TIME.
The only problem I have is the lack of parking, the secretary actually expected me to sit in my car and wait for someone to leave which I would not do. This is a very annoying problem and I will probably go somewhere else once my treatment plan is done.(I am having implants and it is a long process) J.Lee
Dr Lee is an Amazing Dentist, i've had personal heath issues and she took each one of my health challenges into considering with dealing with me. She's gentle comforting and very understanding. I am definitely a life long preferred dental patient now. The staff in the office is so friendly and helpful. I've dealt with the short (you're taking up my time secretary) at other clinics but there was absolutely noting but patience and kindness at PDC. thanks so much!!! Nicole Bruce
If you had only reminded me, in some form -- or another.... I would have made it to my first appointment. I suggest you review the procedure you utilize in order to "stay in touch" with clients. Perhaps a Vulcan mind meld would help? -Good Luck
Only problem was after the fact. Pain increased tremendously after anesthetic wore off from the procedure. Even took Oxyconten so I could sleep, but when I awoke the next morning, pain was still there. Today, I took Advil Gel caps. Hope this works.
The staff is wonderful and caring. You are treated as a real person. They are sensitive to all your needs, never rushed when you have questions and have been wonderful at calming my fears.

The visit to the office was greatly satisfied. It is treat to go to such and clean and organize sentist office.
