DISMAL!!! I have pretty much exactly the same complaint as vangogurl3 and Mark34 below. Forget about thinking you are in a business relationship with these people where the exchange of basic common courtesy is expected. They will treat you as if being part of the machinery that sends their kids to college and purchases them lavish lifestyles is just a way of them doing you a favor.
