Love this place best fresh fish and seafood around here.
We had a very bad experience. Our appetizer came out ice cold, my wife's lobster smelled bad, my daughter's meal was actually the wrong meal, and all our side dishes were cold.
SS Lobster has delicious lunch items and fresh seafood at great prices
To serve lobster to my friend that was barely cooked and tell him "it should be OK to eat." To deny him when he asks for it to be cooked longer. This kind of service doesn't even deserve 1 star. Never again will I order food from your establishment. And I'll be sure to tell everyone I know about this.

What your friend experienced was a female lobster, female lobsters have eggs or roux, which takes longer to cook than the meat, sometimes with smaller lobsters if we waited until the eggs were cooked, the meat would be overbooked, this is what the staff was trying to explain to you, sorry for the bad experience.
I have been waiting over an hour for food. They need more staff.
Just spent $50 on a jumbo lobster and was told we couldn't eat it there. Even paid for them to cook it. Pretty ridiculous. I've bought jumbos there and had them cooked and been able to eat them there and now I can't? Way to make a loyal customer angry. Driving home after it was cooked and opened it to look at it, the lobster was burnt. Not a little, a lot. The market has different pricing than the restaurant side, 50 dollars for a jumbo lobster is extremely cheap and due to the size we cook them because not many people have a pot big enough, if you want to eat in the restaurant side you have to order it over there, not at the market. It is a different price in the restaurant due to the butter, side dishes, paper goods, and such...the market is a non taxable, the restaurant is taxable..this is why.
Great prices, even better quality. I tend to go for lobsters and leave with oh so much more.
