Been coming to SS for many years for both the market and the restaurant. My wife and I love this place and we visit at least once a week and often twice. We usually get their 3lb. steamers and share (plenty for two) or we get two baked haddock plates (haddock is large and done just right). Occasionally we get small fried whole-belly clams, small scallops and a small fried shrimp. These are excellent as well and enough to share (we can't eat too much fried anyways). Great seafood. I always get the I think its called captains platter getting hungry thinking about it
Mom's loves this place, been going there for the past month almost every other day... Prices are great, food is done right and staff is very friendly.

The best seafood restaurant ever! And I've lived on Cape Cod for 34 years! And the best fresh fish market ever, we bring our coolers every time we go to our hometown and always get to SS Lobster! Excellent food!
SS Lobster is deceiving because to look at the building you would not think the food could be as great as it is. The fried clams are as good if not better than some you would find on the coasts of Maine, or New Hampshire. Everything is fresh and delicious.
