Stopped in for dinner for the first time yesterday around 3pm. The girl at the cash register was rude, very rushed. The food prices were great yet you totally get what you pay for and as of the wait staff. I asked the girl at the front counter if she could wipe us off a table and she looked at is like we had two heads. A young gentleman came out and apologized and wiped one for us. May go back to take home their fresh food but dine-in bombed!!!
Great food in a hole in wall kinda place, great prices for amount of food u get I would recommend anyone that loves seafood to check this place out
we got fresh take out but service was awesome and I must say I cooked everything perfect ( because of a perfect, fresh product.)
My husband and I are very satisfied with our dinner�� everything was perfect!
This place is amazing! Best twin lobster I've ever had and it's an amazing value.
Subpar. It's good here and all, but sitting here waiting for ice cream at Kays and many people (about 6 vehicles. 2 people in each) I've told that it doesn't open until 4pm and Monday and Tuesday is ice cream only no food. Losing a lot of money by opening later and not offering food Monday and Tuesday. Also, not wearing gloves usually and wearing short shorts. Not really appropriate for a restaurant looking for respect.
Service was horrible, ask a question after waiting 40 min for food and you get attitude.... definitely will never go back. We get 100% better clams & Scallops in Florida, flown in fresh from Ipswich.....
Great Lobsters, seafood and everything is just so good. Make sure you come early lines for eat in can be extremely long and the wait it equally long, but definitely worth it.
