The seafood is excellent. All the food is cooked well. The only complaint I have is the clam chowder is too watery. It needs to be thicker
Food is GREAT, prices are the best and while the counter is always busy, food is out very quickly......we LOVE it here
Been going there for 20+ years. Ended up with a dead lobster. Was in a cold environment the entire time after purchase. No refund at all. Sad there's no accountability anymore.
While I find it a tad crowded & noisy for an in-house meal during the Summer season, that busyness only speaks to S.S. Lobster's well-earned popularity. It IS the place to go any time of year for excellent Seafood: great variety and highest quality. In fact, I shall be shopping their today for "The Feast of Seven Fishes" Holiday fare.
Usually it is spot on delicious. However, about a month ago I was there with my Mom and the cole slaw was not good - not sure if they changed the recipe, the clam chowder was not as flavorful, and they raised the prices. I hope they are not going to go downhill because of the new Westminster location................
...been going there for years with my family. Great place, great staff.
What a great place. Food was excellent. And the staff was so friendly. I totally recommend this place to everyone.
