Didn't order much certainly nothing that takes inordinate amount of time to cook or prepare. Yes they were busy busy, but 1 hour for our food is rediculous! Even worse multiple others came after us ate and left....still no food for us. When I asked about our food, the woman snapped very rudely!!!! No place for this attitude!!! Loud and Clear Dave. We understand that you were frustrated with your long wait for your food. As with most restaurants, food cook times vary based on method of cooking. If you ordered baked or steamed/boiled, it will take longer than fried. Boiled takes especially long late spring/summer, due to the mass amounts of lobsters cooking for the market for graduations, and parties. You did come on a Friday night, which tends to be busy. The food is amazing , ours took a little long but it was for 6 , they forgot a few parts of our order but other than that it was great!
Celebrated Father's Day at the beach and picked up our steamers and lobster's at S&S because we knew how fresh they would be they were the best
Food was good when we finally got it but we had to wait 45 minutes. We went in on a Tuesday at 130 so it was not to busy. We waited 45 minutes for our food because she forgot to put the order in. Then my daughter had requested not to cook the lobster in butter, they forgot and had to redo it. The gentleman next to us mentioned he had been waiting a half hour. He went to check on his and they again had forgotten to put the order in...needless to say he got his money back and left. Very poor service :(

LOVE! twin lobster for $20..can't beat that..and they were delicious, this place is always a must go to, when I'm back home!
Awesome Food! If you never been there you are missing the best seafood in Central Massachusetts.
