Have been eating at S&S for years and have never been disappointed! The seafood is always fresh and the prices are well below anyone else in the area. If I vacation in Maine or NH, I wait and enjoy my seafood at S&S when I get back. It's far cheaper. The only thing I don't understand is their refusal to take debit or credit cards over the phone. If I want large lobsters (and I often do), I have to make a 45-minute drive, pay for them with the same debit or credit card, and then wait an additional 30-40 minutes to have them c... read more

Been going there for years. The long drive is well worth it. Always a line at the counter. Reason why? They have the best seafood & prices! Have eaten on the MA & NH coast in seafood restaurants & none can compare. Going there today. YUM!
Every year I take my now 86 year old Godfather for his jumbo shrimp. Always has been delicious hot sometimes a wait but they are busy. As far as the decor, if they don't spend as much on that it allows you better prices. However this year it was not good at all! The coleslaw tasted like they put sour cream on it and nothing else. My twin lobsters were great! The wait however was very long. It goes to show how popular they are! I do wish updates could be made. I kept looking above me, at the cobwebs...
