I spend between $200 and $300 every Christmas with this company. We bought a bunch of frozen shrimp that when cooked came out terrible and some had a tinge of ammonia. I brought them back only to be scolded and belittled in front of other customers for the way that I might have cooked them and ruined them myself. Apparently it was all my fault. No refund, no store credit, only grief. Customer satisfaction for service here rates zero. Last time I have spent a penny at this place!

We understand your frustration, and were made aware of the situation. The shrimp purchased were wild gulf shrimp, U-10 count. These shrimp are meant to be peeled and deveined before they are cooked. When observed, the staff found that the shrimp were cooked intact, and they were not deveined. The staff noted that they did not smell an ammonia scent.
