Great food but lot of flies. Needs a good cleaning
Stopped at Kay's tonight for ice cream and a quick bite! You guys should be ashamed to even wear Kays name! The food was sub-par. You are understaffed, and lack management. Nobody is wearing gloves, touching money then touching people's food...chatting with friends and letting customers wait. You guys need some serious improvement!!!!
Was at Kay's Saturday . The lobster roll was made with fresh lobster and very delicious. As far as the rest of the food,the fried food was a disappointment . It was over done. It came out dark in color and sweet potato fries were actually burnt. Should never had been served. Will go to Fitchburg for fried food until things get better.
Had take out at your new place, Kay's today and was disappointed. Lobster roll had soggy bread because the lobster had lots of juices in it as though it wasn't drained properly. Lobster had no mayo or seasoning making it tasteless. Sweet potato fries were soggy. Haddock plate with fries had same problem with fries. Some of the prices are more expensive than SS Lobster with smaller portions at Kay's. Will gladly drive to Fitchburg for better quality and pricing. Hope Kay's Gardner can work out these issues as it would be nice... read more

hands down the BEST seafood! the prices are incredible... the food cooked perfectly! Staff are always friendly..I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who LOVES a great seafood Dinner or fresh fish!

S.S. Lobster is the number 1place in central Massachusetts especially now that they took over Kay's ice cream love it
