Very disappointing customer service this morning. Simply asked to have a few balloons added to our daughters birthday cake and was told that despite our willingness to pay an extra fee the decorators simply didn’t have the time - 2 minutes ? - on a Saturday to accommodate the request. We have been driving to Muskegon for years to get Rykes for every special occasion. After today we will finding a new place closer to home.

Just visited Ryke’s Bakery and Cafe that opened in Holland. You will have to check it out. Their bakery and deli look amazing. The blueberry muffin is the ‘best’. I will order my next birthday cake there.
