RecommendedAbsolutely amazing wedding cake. Received a ton of compliments on the look and taste on the cake - I agree, probably the best cake I've ever had. Cupcakes were also well loved!
We’ve been buying Rykes cakes for 40 years. Ordered one this weekend to celebrate our mom’s 80th birthday. The cake was excellent as always!! Do NOT recommend the donuts. I picked up a dozen donuts while picking up the cake at 8am. Had a variety. Was very disappointed. All but 2 were very dry. The blueberry sour cream were downright hard. Not the quality they used to be.
The best donuts and cakes in town. I am so glad that they opened a new store in Holland location (Chicago Dr. ) Way to go Ryke's!!
Well we just picked up 2 Holland Cream filled long johns and we were extremely disappointed. They used to be so good, but ours were extremely dried out. I dont know if its because they cut them in half before they fill them instead of injecting the cream through each end or if they were day old or what, but they were bad. Wescos donuts are way better.
I got the cake from Ryke's bakery for my grandson's graduation open house. It was amazing. Everyone loved it. Had to drive a few extra miles for it but well worth the trip. Thank you Ryke's
Ryke’s just catered our wedding last week. We also had them make our desserts and cake and everything turned out so amazing! I still have people telling me how delicious the food and desserts were. Everyone was scared to try the chicken because they said at every wedding it is always dry but it was perfect! All of my vendors said how incredible they were to work with. I am so thankful I had Ryke’s at my wedding and I highly recommend them!! They made my wedding day so great.
A huge thank you to Ryke's Bakery for supporting Momcology retreats by donating muffins and cupcakes for the retreat for 11 deserving mother's who's children are fighting cancer. Momcology truly appreciates you generosity!
I have been wanting to visit this bakery for several years. Finally got to go this weekend and bit into a moldy lemon cupcake. Will never be back.
