I had a 2:00 appointment. Didn't get my truck in until 2:20 (on the receipt). I Was there for two hours. A service man checked with me one time, well into our visit. When it was time to go, he brought me to the service desk to pay. The guy asked me if he went over my work and explained things. He did not. I just said I wanted to get out of there, I have been there long enough. Get home, and there was a 5" puddle of oil on our concrete driveway. Not impressed. I will not be going back.
Getting my oil changed right now and I cant believe the luxurious waiting space provided! I made myself a warm cup of Starbucks brand coffee, sitting down in an incredibly comfy tall stool with an ipad to play with in front of me. I. Am. Impressed! Quiet and comfortable. Very pleased.

I always bring my Xterra into Rydell for work. Had a new motor put in earlier this year and was in the other day to have a heat block put in. My husband and I were just driving around the lot and he saw a red 2015 Nissan 370 Z. We had not planned on doing a trade in on our other vehicle until spring because of a lien. I’m only rating this bad because I had a bad experience when I got my car fixed and it never solve the problem with the light coming on it still had the warranty so I didn’t have to pay anything but when I did leave my car overnight and when I picked My car up it was unlocked in the back and some of my stuff was stolen out of my car even my camera with my pictures on it never received any of my stuff back and they said they had no proof on cameras!!
