I purchased a vehicle back in November, it took over 3 months for me to receive my plates. They sold me the vehicle without having the title and proper paperwork from the previous owner. It took me threatening to call the Attorney Generals office for them to resolve it. They did resolve it around a week after calling and I received the title shortly after. This was very unprofessional and something you would expect from a Facebook marketplace transaction, not a licensed dealer.
This is the second car I've purchased with the help of Brittany Rose at Rydell Honda. Both times she was excellent! She provided answers to all of my questions, listened when I spoke, and didn't push or upsell anything unnecessary. She is kind, relatable, and very down to earth.
