Terrible service!!! Couldn’t fix our Nissan! Are you not a Nissan dealer? Service technicians were too busy playing their Rubik’s cube game to bother helping us when we arrived to pick up the car!
Had a power steering pump put in a month ago and it’s already starting to give me problems again. Took it there and explained and they want my car for a whole day and want to charge me to even look at it, and told me “your car may just sound like that now”.. So I’m taking it somewhere that will actually manage their time and understand that customers time is valuable. Not to mention one of the older guys made me very uncomfortable. Don’t even bring your bike here, trust me.

I called asking for a quote on adding a hitch to our Honda Odyssey. They quoted me over $1400. No other place in town is over $500. What a joke.

excellent service. yes, they were backed up. when my car wasnt able to be finished that day, they gave me a loaner to use. excellent service and the job is done right. :)
Horrible customer service made an appointment at 1030 didn’t get my car in till 1 and trade to up charge me on service and parts 10/10 would not recommend
