Had a very good experience. My review is mostly of the dealer who helped me out (Oscar). Oscar was very straight forward and explained to me everything before even test driving it. He explained the car was on sale and was not negotiable, (Which was a very low price) but the only thing added to the price would be taxes and DMV fees. He went above and beyond to make sure I knew everything about the truck and about the prices. His hospitality made me and my wife comfortable and confident it buying from them. Dealer said price was already low, and wouldn't budge. Then came down 400 dollars, but no more. Couldn't come to an agreement. Following week, car sold for 1000 dollars less ! Crap treatment.
We spoke with with a sales rep Jean Paul or "JP" over the phone and worked out a deal. We were told to come down and sign the paperwork and they would hold the car for as long as it took. In the 60 minutes it took to drive there they sold the car to someone else. Then they tried to sell us a car with more miles and less features for $2,000 more. Complete lack of integrity.

I don't even know where to being. I have never been treated so amazing at any dealership. I went to other dealerships before I came here. Some didn't not even pick up the phone, never called back when they said they would, one dealership lost my info. I was told I needed a cosigner or I wasn't approved. The minute I came to Rydell they did everything they said they would. Called me back asap, approved me without a cosigner. I love love love my car.
