Bad communication among staff, dirty play room for the kids, coffee cups missing ----- I had a good experience working with Jim the internet salesperson and sent him a text to say we were ready to view the Chevy Equinox - he responded the car was still there and he will meet up with us. We purchased a used vehicle, the experience was good. Even though it had been checked out by them, the car turned out to have an issue, but it was discovered by my mechanic right away, and Rydell covered the expense no problem.
