Recently visited PDQ for an oil change. I was also due for rotation, but decided to do that during the next visit. Gentleman said it would be 20-25 mins. To my surprise they rotated tires and did an oil change quicker than expected AND because I had warranty for recently purchasing the car it was all completed at no charge! Rydell’s you made my day. Thank you! PS the car wash is terrific!

Have been using my fast pass for several months and now recently noticed scratches on the sides and hood of my car that could only have come from the car wash. Will be canceling and going somewhere else. My car has enough scratches without help from the car wash can’t afford a new paint job because I want to keep my car clean.
Ripped factory parts off both side mirrors-Rydells wouldn’t replace the parts. Took my business down the road. Very disappointed in their customer service.
I really love this car wash, the people there are pretty awesome, and friendly. It's quick, and it does a great job of cleaning my car!! I love the unlimited pass, my schedule is pretty hectic, but I make the time to run my car through the wash at least 3 times a week�
