Just went through the wash. Not excited about the change in the drying area. Really brushes at the very end?? Windows were dry from the blowers and then the brushes git the windows all wet with dirty water. Now dirty spotted windows.
I have the unlimited wash package and bring my Tahoe through it a lot. I have noticed that it's been scratching the back of my vehicle. I had just gotten a new window this past November and don't use a ice scraper. The back of my vehicle and window is horribly scratched. When I talked to the manager about it they said no it's wasn't their wash and it just couldn't of happened at rydells! I park my vehicle In a garage and use my defroster! One important thing this car wash seems to lack is an attendant who pre-washes with a pressure washer before and as the vehicle enters. Most automatic car washes don't have an effective method for getting the rear of the vehicle clean, especially on SUVs. That's why the attendant pressure washes the rear of the vehicle as it's pulling in. Your competition down the street is doing it, it might be something to look into as well. Well after it ripped my antenna off and of couse they say they are not responsible I will never go to Rydells ever again. It wasn't a retractable antenna and never had an issue at Valley car wash before. They were rude and noncaring when I called. Aweful experience!!
Needs more drying time in the winter. My runners got icy because it did not dry all the way.
Would not suggest the car wash to anyone at all. Pay $15 for a good car wash and they can't even get the soap off. You can pay $5 for a much better car wash and get it all off
I was in the car wash today and came out with spots, wax and more spots all over my car, this is the second time this has happened. Very disappointed.
I love this car wash my little boy does too!!! I love the detailing also they have a good massage chair you can enjoy while your truck is getting detailed:) extra bonus!!
Rydell's car wash is the best deal for the price!! the attendants are VERY friendly, the line moves VERY quickly and efficiently, and the "wash" is great. I take a few rags with me and wipe off my car after through the wash! this comment coming from a Hansen should count double :)
