Something really needs to be done about regulating the lines when it gets busy. Your customers will fill the entire entrance/outlet so no one can get in or out to use the other businesses. It's very frustrating.
I have used this car wash 3 times now and it leave so many dirty spots that I think I have thrown $17 out the window...

This car wash does not get the bugs off your vehicle. They claim the stuff spraying out at your car before you enter the wash is to help remove the bugs. The stuff hardly sprays your windshield! Should do what other washes in town do.... Have someone spray the stuff all over the front of the car and windshield before going into the wash! Looking at other reviews that have been posted it seems like this is an issue they should take care of.
RecommendedWe just had our 2003 Pontiac Vibe full detail done and we are absolutely thrilled. We bought the car new from Rydell's in August 2002. It has not had a detail done professionally in those 17 years and 175,000 miles and the outside, inside, and engine compartment looks like a new car. We could not be happier with the outcome. I don’t usually use the Rydell Car Wash since it is so far from where I live in East Grand Forks. I stopped today on my way home because I had a complimentary wash from getting my truck’s service done there a couple of weeks ago. Well, I got the result of what I paid for it. Not sure if I can attach a picture of what it looked like afterwards or not, but the car wash did nothing to remove the bugs on the front of the truck or get the mud rinsed away from the wheel wells.
