Dr. Vitali is a great surgeon. I am very grateful to have my mobility back. His staff is kind and very helpful.
The most painfully unhelpful staff I have encountered, they treat me like I am a nuisance for just calling them to make an appointment. Absolute lack of empathy, dismissive, combative, all around TERRIBLE.
Horrible impatient bedside manner, acted as if I was wasting his time. Demanded to know who refererred me (ER), then impatiently said there was nothing he could do for me. I had to ask about restrictions and healing, as he walked out the door. 5 min in and out. When I mentioned to his staff about his abrupt manner they stated they were trying to have him work on that. He may be a brilliant orthopedist, I hope so but as for a good doctor at patient care he is not.
I am a 53 year old mom of two teens. I was struggling with chronic knee pain, in addition to pain emanating from the lack of cartilage. I had a total knee replacement, at the recommendation of Dr. Vitali. His staff is empathic and efficient. I was in and out before I knew it. I was walking immediately after the surgery. Dr. Vitali is a gifted surgeon. He is smart, focused, and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to have future work by him. He is a consummate professional. He gave me my life back
Dr. Vitali is a great surgeon, very thorough explaining very step of my surgery from beginning to end. Dr. Vitali is very compassionate and really listens. Dr. Vital replaced my hip on January of 2016 and made it possible to for me to take care of my precious 100 year old mom, she has since passed but I am so very greatful to Dr. Vitali for the excellent job he did on my hip so I was pain free to care for her in her last days, thanks Dr. Vitali !
Dr. Vitali is great. He did knee replacement surgery me recently and the results are great.
Dr. Vitali performed a TKR on me in May. The surgery & recovery have gone very well. Dr. Vitali & his staff are very professional & great to work with. They are very organized keeping you informed of all details . Dr. Vitali has a great bedside manner & is an excellent surgeon. Marcia & Danielle in the office complete a great team. I highly recommend Dr. Vitali and his staff.
Dr. Vitali is careful, thorough, and conservative. By that I mean that he does not rush to do surgery. He began my treatment with the least invasive option, physical therapy, then moved to a cortisone shot and finally surgery. This took place over a three year span. I appreciated the steps we went through to get to ease my pain and. Care, concern and afore thought he gave to the inevitable surgery.
He is sweet and willing to help you in anyway possible. He is honest. The best thing about him - HE LISTENS!! And, he is compassionate. This is the wife writing the review, however my husband agrees in his manly way. We like him. We drive an hour to see him.
