Extremely poor customer service when handling customer dissatisfaction with tree trimming

Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and this is a case of miscommunication between multiple people at one residence having different wants. We did give a credit back to this customer for their dissatisfaction.
After two no-shows for tree trimming and lateral removals, no thanks.
