Sales rep: ******* **** ************* *** ********* ** *********** ** We expressed interest in buying a home in mid-January of this year. We were told our lot wasn't open, but that it would be in February and we were at the top of the list. February rolled around and on Feb 3 we hadn't heard anything yet. Completely Unprofessional company. We were excited for the Arden community in South Florida. We got our pre-approvals (not with their lender), found sites we liked, became VIP personnel to ensure early access to Arden. The Sales team REFUSED to meet with us unless we agreed to their Lender. Their Lender did NOT call us back or email us back. When we contacted the Sales team at Arden about it they just shrugged it off as "owell". Our phone calls were not returned. Worst builder ever! I have built 4 homes and by far the worst! I built a home with them 3 years ago and it has been one problem after another. I feel like I’m living in a money pit. Don’t ever build with them! If I could’ve given zero stars I would!

Honestly I heard all the rumors myself about Ryan Homes before I decided to build a Ryan Home and I was skeptical as well. It seemed like everyone I knew was telling me “don’t use Ryan homes they’re so cheap and not worth the price!” But honestly I’ve had nothing but a good experience with them. I can definitely tell that some of the materials they used aren’t top quality. Like the paint. BEWARE JUST RECEIVED A CALL NUMEROUS ISSUES AND SUPPOSE TO CLOSE MONDAY. BIG ISSUES.....PM ME IF YOU WANT DETAILS. I TRUSTED TO MUCH AND GETTING BURNED!!! RUNAROUND FOR MONTHS. ONLY BRIGHT SPOT IS KELLY AND LENDER. 300K FOR ALL THESE ISSUES BEFORE DAY 1.....WOW!!!!

I bought my home in 2018 and the house was built in 2005. I have lived there for almost 2 years and had a flooding each year. Once was from, what we believe, the toilet but was never confirmed. I had to pay for the deductible and the insurance paid for the repairs. The second time, apparently the sump pump could not keep up with the rain. I found it weird because it has rained harder before and had no issues. The repairs contractor told me a few of the ryan homes have been having the same issues.
