RecommendedRyan was the BEST! We found our dream home and had to make an offer asap, and our other lender said we would have to wait for pre-approval. Then Ryan gave us a call that night during a holiday and got us that letter right away. Overall we ended up having a better rate and experience all around, you guys rock!!
Ryan was so great to work with! We switched lenders because he promised he would get us a better deal. When the sellers for our house demanded more money down and I thought there was no way we were going to get this house - Ryan was on the phone at 9 PM reassuring me he could make it work without a problem. I was also so surprised at how fast Ryan and his team moved with getting our loan processed.
