Almost perfect. Super responsive. The only gripe I had with my last refi is I sent him some emails but he was on vacation and there was no auto response leaving me a bit hanging.
Ryan is such a great help! This was our first time with the loan process and Ryan was helpful every step of the way. He answered all of questions no matter what it was and was very quick to respond when we needed to get a hold of him. His team was great at following through with needed items so we didn't delay our schedule/timelines. I definitely would work with Ryan and again and refer anyone and everyone who needs a loan!
