Super happy with my experience with Ryan and his assistant Thania; everything ran really smoothly, and they were incredibly communicative in terms of letting me know how the process was going and also very responsive when I had questions. And he was really proactive about keeping me informed; at a few points he sent along some videos he'd made showing things like how to understand your appraisal, which was very helpful, given how little I knew about the home-buying process. Would recommend.
Ryan was amazing to work with. When buying a house or refinancing he was there to make a complicated process very simple. I would recommend him to anyone!
