Ryan is no good. He doesn't do his due diligence. He will say you're good for a loan before he's even sure. He screwed up my god-mother's ability to buy a home in Salt Lake County and got her under contract because he told her an amount she was pre-approved for that just wasn't true. To make it worse, once he realized he screwed up, he made no remedies to resolve her situation. Terrible broker! Don't go with him.

We had such a great experience. They made it so easy. They were so quick to respond to texts and emails. They answered all of our questions. We loved the signing experience. Everyone was in such a happy mood. Everything was clean and they follow social distancing practices.
