I was in the Monroe Location while the floor manager continually YELLED “No you aren’t” from his office at a service employee who tried to put up keys. The employee didn’t argue back he just put the keys up then went back to explain to the manager why he needed to put the keys to the car he just washed away. No apology just an “oh”. I think it’s important to treat everyone with respect and acknowledge your mistakes.
RecommendedWe recently moved to Hot Springs. I have ALWAYS dealt with Tracy Smith in your Service Department or I have always followed him. He has always taken care of me and I cannot say more about how much that is appreciated than now. Now that I have moved and don’t have my Tracy, I realize how spoiled he made me. Customer Service, true Customer Service in your corporate organization needs to be passed on to other dealerships!
