Bought my vehicle not even two months ago and already having to take it in for an oil leak. Had an appointment this morning for 9 am and it never even got looked at. They said the appointment is not for ypur vehicle to go jnto the shop but for you to get in line behind the cars already there. I warned not go to Ryan Chevrolet but I did it anyways. I will from now on go to the Rayville or Ruston dealership.

Yet another all day service at Ryan Auto Group. Even though I had an appointment for them to check my airbags I have been here since 945. I was told they are short staffed. I made my appointment 2 weeks ago and every time I come here it is the same excuse of being short staffed. If you can avoid this place do so, surely anywhere else is better.
Went to have my car serviced and tires rotated at Ryan Cheverolet. I put more air in my back passenger tire just to see if they were actullay going to be rotated. The tire pressure is exactly where I left it. There were oily or greasy hand prints all over the door. Also they went ahead and did a recall on the air bag and as soon as I got it home the check engine light came on. Not impressed at all.
Came to get the recall fixed on the hitch receiver. Got here at 8 and I'm still sitting in the waiting room at 940 and they said they ain't got it in yet.
James Gerow helped me buy my son his first car! I appreciate the time he took with me to make sure we were happy and that we knew how to work all the features in the car. He is a great guy! If you looking for a fair deal on a good used car go see him! I have peace of mind knowing my son is in a safe car with new tires and brakes.
