organization. I sent a pm to yall last night. the person i spoke to asked me to repeat myself a number of times. i called yesterday for an update on my car having electrical issues & managed to get someone to tell me that it had been looked at by the transmission mechanic. why?? they were transferring it to another mechanic, also not seemingly electrical related, & I was supposed to get a call after lunch, because the person I needed was gone to lunch, to see if I could get it to whoever handles electrical problems up there.... read more
The service department was very fast getting me in and out. They kept me up-to-date about the progress and expenses. Super knowledgeable and courteous!
Really upset it took so long to get my car back, but with all the shut downs due to COVID-19 I can almost understand. Amanda McKnight did call everyday to keep me abreast of why it was taking so long. I appreciated that!
