The food was great and our server Chris was awesome....
The steaks were perfect. The service and server could have been a little more attentive. He did however apologize for overlooking our party of five, yes 5. Just could have a little better.

Your website "Get in touch" does not work so I'll just leave this here. I am very disappointed in the Creme Brulee served at Ruths' Chris the last two times I've been. It resembles something instant. It is in no way custard or even baked. Due to the last 2 experiences at the New Orleans location, I will no longer visit any of the Ruths' Chris locations. I could overlook the other things that were wrong (a light pink steak that was ordered as medium rare and extremely rude service last year) but a fake Creme Brulee? I'm done.
We had the crab cakes, spicy shrimp and crab blt and everything was delicious. I drank the gin and tonic and it was good as well.
My first time eating there was January 29th for my 34th Birthday and i have to say i really enjoyed everything. The restaurant was very nice, courteous and friendly staff. The food was very good. I cant wait to come back again.
Perfect for large birthday dinner ,or just a date nite,or just girls night out, and happy hour, and the wine list is amazing,service was great I knew it would be nice I use to eat at the one on broad st. In new Orleans All the time when I lived there�
My steak was perfect, the service was excellent, and they made sure my drink was NEVER empty!
