It's always 5 stars every time we dine. We also enjoyed Christmas on Fulton st.
Great food, great service made our 10th Anniversary a most memorable one.
Was not the best experience I have had at a top end steak house. I thought steak was nothing great! Had my usual Ribeye and had more bitter than actual steak flavor! Doubt I'll be back. Service was very good even though they were in organized and did not give us everything we asked. The small things matter, when your a top end restuarant
Premium steak @ a premium price, yeah sure I'll buy that. Now when your greeters have nothing but attitude about the fact that they are overwhelmed with the current influx of clients is another deal in & of itself. 4+hours b4 closing telling me that you are booked already for the nite? It's that attitude that will bring your 'beloved name' DOWN! Yes I am familiar with a couple of your locations that have fared better, they no longer exist because of you @ Harrahs New Orleans.

Open early. No reservations required. No wait. Delicious food. Great service. Free parking. Nice atmosphere. Beautiful decor, especially around Christmas.
Atmosphere was nice, service was decent. However, my wife had burnt stuffing and my steak was tough. I always order my steaks medium rare, and it was cooked right, seasoned well, but it was tough. We did inform the manager and our waitress about the stuffing and received an apology, but nothing to try and remedy. I did not even try to raise the issue of my steak seeing how the burnt dressing fell on deaf ears. I give it a fair because service was decent and atmosphere was nice.
Very Nice, well mannered, polite, meek I really felt comfortable there�.
