Omygosh!!! This was my husband an I first time there, we were celebrating our 3rd wedding anniversary on 7-7-17 my husband made reservations ahead of time and when we got there our table had happy anniversary decorations on it(my heart melted) I couldn't stop smiling and the food was great!!!!

I've never had such lousy service in a Ruth Chris. And I've never had a server take my wine glass without asking if I would like another. The steak was the only save on the evening. The soup n sides came out lukewarm. The brussel sprouts were soaked in butter. The hostess just rude. All around terrible experience.
Touted the restaurant to a friend who's never been and I'm so embarrassed. Cold food, undercooked steaks, had to flag waitstaff multiple times just for water, not to mention, more cocktails. Never, have I seen such poor service at any Ruths Chris in the Americas. So disappointed!!!!!!!
