It was my 30th anniversary last night and the staff made it memorable and lovely - from the anniversary confetti to the special dessert. Thank you! Y'all are AMAZING!
The food was excellent but I did NOT like the service I received from my waiter and his assistant.I ordered a chocolate duo dessert instead of my waiter bringing me what I requested, he brought me a piece of chocolate cake. I didn't realize it until I went back to my room. I was very perturbed. I went back and they exchanged it for something but nothing was comp nor was a complimentary courtesy offered. I absolutely love Ruth Chris but I will not frequent this particular location next time I'm in New Orleans.
Celebrated my relative birthday, everyone was very attentive and professional, the food was delicious...We enjoyed the entire experience
We always enjoy everything we eat at Ruth's. We tried two different appetizers that were amazing. The crab stack and the crispy lobster tail. Our entire meal was great!!
The food and service were excellent. The atmosphere was great.
Always love Ruth's Chris, have been going for years, oh how I miss Broad Street, But will settle for Fulton St. Thumbs up! Always great atmosphere and the food is always delicious!
