From Stephany at the front desk, insuring me that she had the perfect table, while I was at Nasr Brothers Jewelers in Rockwall purchasing my wife’s gifts, to Yasin our waiter that with out question, is beyond words in personal service. This spontaneous, last minute decision to celebrate a more personal, intimate Christmas Eve dinner with my beautiful wife of 19 years at Ruth’s Chris Steak House...came out Absolutely Perfect. The dinner was excellent! Wife throughly enjoyed her surprise Gifts💍
Came here with friends for dinner tonight for Christmas Eve. Service was less than par and we waited literally 30 minutes to get our creme brûlée, then we were charged gratuity for service that was awful. Will not come here again. Our bill was just over $1K. One would think service would be better. Ahhh, just found out from our waiter that the chef/cook pushed our dessert ticket aside and FORGOT ABOUT IT!!!!! Probably shouldn’t have told us that. Very disappointed.
