Everything was great!!!!! The service was good and the food is amazing and I will be coming back again soon!!!!
The chicken was ok.... steak did not impress me at all!!! Cheddars has a better steak!!! The mashed potatoes tasted like powder potatoes... I was not impressed!!!
The service was very very slow. Our party of 7 was set around 820 it was after 10pm when our food arrived and only 2 people received their sides everyone else only had their main entree. When we asked about the sides we were told they can out and had to make more. The temperature of my husband's steak was wrong and when the kitchen manager came out to check he responded to my husband with a very facetious answer which added insult to injury. For lack of a better word in was very disappointed.
Read the reviews about how bad the service was. We went anyway for my birthday. I should have listened to yall. Lets just say my entire table of 6 bill was compted. Got there at 8 seated by 815 Got food after 10pm.
VERY POOR SERVICE! Got there at 8pm food came at10:15pm ! We had a party of 7 no one ate their food oh yeah ,THEY RAN OUT OF MASHED POTATOES
The service was sub par at best. The wait staff took an exorbitant amount of time to take orders and appeared very disorganized. To add insult to injury for the slow service and incorrect orders, we had to wait over 45 minutes for our checks even when many of our party asked separate times for someone to get our waitress to give us our bills. Tonight we dined at the Dallas Ruth Chris for the holiday and were highly disappointed. I ordered the steak & shrimp with my steak ordered medium. When our food came my steak was well done. I ate one shrimp and sent it back to be corrected. I did not get my food again until everyone else had finished eating so I was stuck to eat solo... to top it off the kitchen returned my plate minus one shrimp lol I guess they counted the eaten one and did not take into account I had to eat alone. Great place for an intimate date night with your boo. Love the atmosphere and the employees are great, they shuffled our table to accommodate some last minute guest
