We went for the first time in years - this was the first time on Water Street in Baltimore. We were not impressed. The service was great - Nicole was fantastic... But the food was sub-par. I had the chicken which was good but my husband got the Ribeye ordered medium rare and it came out well done. We sent it back and the 2nd time it came back practically raw.. Not even rare... I have been to Ruth Chris more than 15 times and never had the level of service that I had at the one on Water Street. My chicken came to the table and it was not done instead of the waitress apologizing she said do you want it cooked more it's chicken not a steak it should be fully cooked. Also the sides did not taste the same. I suggest if you decide to go to Ruth Chis in Baltimore go to the one in pikesville or waterfront service it 10 times better.
Absolutely one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. Fantastic food and top-notch service. We will definitely be back, and will request the server we had last night, Nick, as he could not have done a better job. Thanks for a great night!

I have been all over the country and world and no matter what Ruth Chris I eat at its as fabulous as the last. The sweet potato casserole is to die for!!!
Service was just okay...I've had better dining experiences there. Bathrooms weren't clean. Sides were average. Loud and obnoxious business crowd in the evenings.
Finally an RC that delivered the plate hot like I've not seen in a while. A sizzling delivery.
