Honestly I wasn't impressed. The service was great and they are the only reason for three stars. My $50 steak had fat and grissel through out it and tasted mediocre. Salad, crab cake, and dessert was delicious but the majority of my money was spent on a something the texture of a poorly cut steak and a taste of nothing but butter. Only way I will return is if someone gives me another gift card. Texas Roadhouse has better tasting food, I will just have to deal with the ok service.
The food and customer service was A+++++. That food was so good!

I've been going there for five years I've been to all 4 of them in Baltimore one in Alantic city three in North Carolina and one in new Orleans. So far I can't complain about the food or the service it's been fabulous for me what a great experience I've been rewarded with.
I visited Ruth's Chris with friends to celebrate our July birthdays. The level of service we received was outstanding!!! Our waiter was very attentive and helpful, clearly explaining all the specials and all the options available to us since it was restaurant week. When we alerted him that one of the ladies in our party had a nut allergy, he took immediate steps to ensure she was safe!! He got her fresh bread and alerted the kitchen staff about her allergy.
