We were first timers yesterday. The service was excellent, but the food was nothing special. I could have eaten an equally good steak at different restaurant for a fraction of the cost. Their side items are way over priced, as well. But I suppose I did know this when we decided to go here. Portland city grill has better food, less expensive and equally good service if your wanting to have a ritzy restaurant experience.
The above average service, from Kenneth, was awesome! Of course the bone-in filet my husband had was phenomenal and my Sea Bass melted in my mouth. My favorite restaurant in Portland without a doubt!
Our server (waiter) was very knowledgeable. I had the filet and my fiancée had the ribeye. Both steaks were cook to perfection. I wanted my steak medium and his med rare. Both steaks were so tasty. We also had the calamarie. It taste awesome but I think it's over price. Whoever made our drinks at the bar, both drinks were amazing as well. All in all, it was a perfect dining experience.
