We didn't have reservations but found a table at the lounge. Server was apologetic for not getting right over to us. Our drinks took 45 minutes to arrive and we actually finished our salads before getting drinks. Again the server was apologetic about the wait but did nothing else. Steak was over cooked and asparagus uncooked. Really disappointed in quality of food for the price. First and last time for us.
We appreciated the special table for our anniversary - heavenly filet with excellent spinach and dessert. Your service was gracious!
Our first time there was on our anniversary. We got there to a very nicely decorated table, an anniversary card that included a free appetizer. The service absolutely out of this world amazing. And the food was hands down the greatest food we have ever had. The lobster mac and cheese was incredible and the steak basically melts in your mouth. Not to mention delicious seafood. The food was awesome, always is very consistent and had a great time. The waiter - well he was the worst we've ever had there. Business dinner with 7 of us and he was just not up to the Ruth's Chris standard. He won't be there very long is my guess.
Always superb service and delicious food. A must have is the Sweet Potato Casserole
Best service and wonderful recommendations. We've never had anything but deliciously great steaks and experiences. Highly recommended.
